There are a number of high street shops located in a highly accessible location just of the Linkway. Shops include: Next, Boots, Burtons, Dorothy Perkins, JJB Sport, Carphone Warehouse, Petsworld, SCS Sofas, B&Q and Bathstore plus many more well known retail outlets.

Berry Industries completed a number of works to the overall project, which is now in its 8th phase of development.
